Air Force Medical Service Global Medical Readiness Symposium Website Completed RSS Feed

US Air Force Medical ServiceArlington, VA (April 30, 2007) - NeverLand’s Web Development Team and Database Developers worked closely to implement a conference signup website for a combined meeting of the 2007 Air Force Medical Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosives (CBRNE) Defense Seminar and Expeditionary Medical Operations Planners Symposium.

Registrations had to follow a complex set of rules including time, training, qualifications, mandatory classes, and capacity constraints. However, by working closely together, our developers found creative and flexible solutions to each hurdle and delivered a website that exceeded all the client’s expectations.

For 2007, participants were also allowed to signup for optional luncheons; an e-commerce module was implemented allowing online payment for registered luncheons.

For the Conference Organizers, NeverLand created a management console that allows them to view, print, enter, update, delete, maintain class and registrant information, and manage payments via the Verisign/Paypal PayFlow Pro system. In addition, a custom PDF generator was developed that created an Individualized Schedule for each attendee saving the Organizers hours of frustration.
